New project

I'm really excited to be attending the Serious Virtual Worlds conference and proud to say I've been working with Giuniti labs on a location-based tour of the new Serious Games Institute that will be launched during the event.

Back into the swing...

The last few months seem to have been a bit of a blur..I've changed jobs, started working freelance and begun a new blog for my teaching and learning practice which has been taking up all my blogging energy. Just one week away from Ars Electronica, and having just discovered this brillliant blog http://www.prusikloop.org/mrwatson/ I'm fired up and rearing to get back to my Haphazard ways. However I've decided there are going to have to be some changes.....although location-based experiences and games are my original passion, there are so many other kinds of experience that relate to these, and which crowd my days that it's impossible to stay as focussed as I have been. So I'm loosening my entry criteria....virtual worlds, AR and educational issues in general are OK from here on.
